1st Anniversary of Russian invasion of Ukraine commemorated with reflexion & passion in presence of H.E. Ambassador CHENTSOV from the Mission of Ukraine to the EU, on 24 February 2023 in the Cercle Royal Gaulois in Brussels

In the presence of H.E. Ambassador CHENTSOV from the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the European Union in Brussels and multiple other representatives of the diplomatic corp from the European capital SLAVONIC EUROPE, represented by its Founder and President David CHMELÍK, together with its partners Natalia OSTACH, the President of the ASSOCIATION OF UKRAINIAN WOMEN OF BELGIUM and Igor CHOCHOLAK, the President of the ASSOCIATION OF UKRAINIANS IN BELGIUM remembered the hardships of the brave Ukrainian nation and discussed in the framework of podium discussion together with Zénon KOWAL from the ASSOCIATION OF UKRAINIANS IN BELGIUM and with an international public the way Ukraine and Europe has to go in order to make sure that there will be a brighter future for all of us as well as the coming generations in a future Europe.
The commemoration assembly has been welcomed by a speech from Professor Jan DE MAERE, Member of the Executive Board of the Cercle Royal Gaulois.
The event has been accompanied by Ukrainian and Belgian artists as well as a documentary video series offered by the Ukrainian cultural organiser Iryna OREL.
